TeX Software for Mac OS X and Classic OS
- CMacTeX is a complete TeX
installation for the Macintosh. It includes tex, pdftex, etex,
metafont, dvips, metapost, makeindex, bibtex, dvi previewers, a
Postscript previewer and numerous utilities for manipulating files
and fonts. A complete CMacTeX installation requires about 30 MB of
disk space.
- MacGhostview is a Postscript
previewer for the Macintosh. MacGhostview allows the user to view
the pages of a Postscript document in any order, as long as the
document conforms to Adobe's Document Structuring Conventions.
- MacDviX is a dvi previewer for
Mac OS X which does not use X11. It requires a TeXLive installation.
- BBEdit Extensions for TeXLive This
suite of scripts for BBEdit and TextWrangler on OS X can be used to run
most tex binaries directly from the editor.
